Make our houses appealing at the weekend

You can decorate your houses by making two types of simple but ravishing flowers with the children.


Type 1:

You need to prepare: a sheet of green paper and a sheet of pink paper, scissors and glue.

Making flowers: You use scissors to cut along the length of the sheet of green paper, roll the sheet of green paper, then glue the edge of the sheet of green paper to make the flowers.

Then you divide the pink paper into 4 slips of paper, fold the paper. Use scissors to cut two-thirds of the width of the folded paper. Remember to cut folded edges.

You use the dry glue to run a line under the edge of the paper, wrap the paper around the flower which has just been done. Turning to do so with different combinations of colorful paper helps you have beautiful and vibrant flowers like this:

Type 2: This kind is fussier a bit!

You need to prepare: colorful paper, straws and scissors.

Method:

How to cut flowers: Take a square piece of paper, you choose any size of flowers that depends on your hobby. You fold diagonally the paper to make a triangle. Then fold the two bottom corners of the triangle. Use scissors to cut like shown photos below, open the paper. You have a heart 4 -petal flower.

You cut the flowers with different sizes and different colors. The colors should be chosen by the child because they can choose spontaneous and glorious colors.

The next step is to create a flower: You take scissors to cut circular holes in the middle of the flowers. You take the straw to pass through small holes in the middle of the flowers. Using scissors is to cut the straw to create stigmas and stamens. You press stamens to make them spread four sides. Next, you cut the leaves by folding the green paper, cutting the shape of the leaves, cutting the edges of the leaves to make serrated leaves, separating the sides of the leaves out, and then wrapping the stem of the leaves around the flower.
